Nice product. The media could not be loaded. I like how it tracks my heart rate all day and night. It shows me my sleep stages too, like deep sleep and light sleep. I don’t have to press any buttons to check my heart rate. The ring does it by itself at the time I choose. It shows resting, maximum, and minimum heart rates. The sleep analysis is very clear and easy to understand, even for me. The battery is strong. I can use it for up to 10 days without charging, and that saves me a lot of time. It connects to Apple Health right away, so all my health data is in one place. And the best part: there is no subscription fee! Many other trackers ask for extra money every month, but this one does not. For women, this ring has special features like menstrual cycle tracking, ovulation prediction, and reminders.
